摘要: The QALY concept is the commonly used approach in research to evaluate efficiency of therapies cost utility analysis. We investigate risk neutrality assumption for time concept: can be included as a linear factor? Various studies show that this does not hold empirically. However, results are based on hypothetical questionnaires rather than decisions with real consequences. Experimental economists argue experiments necessary avoid bias. Our study provides first experimental analysis health related decision making. Using cold pressor test we analyze when subjects face Analog studies, our provide no preferences. In conclusion, needs modified by weighting factor time.
