摘要: System voice within interactive response systems (IVRs) was investigated in order to determine if impacts a user's input responses. In medical setting, it is possible that particular personality and/or gender may induce more or less disclosure, thus driving patient relay sensitive information. the IVR one could this via examination of button-press study, male and female expressing an upbeat, professional, sympathetic recorded script for IVR. Users were randomly assigned these personalities when completing health survey over It found disclosure rates not affected by type heard, nor did they differ user gender. Additionally, higher on version than web-based version, further recognizing privacy offered IVRs. These findings indicate designers IVRs have put additional effort into selection talent can instead focus design IVR, itself.
