摘要: ThepH-dependence of the absorption and fluorescence spectra alkaloid harman has been investigated. Three species, namely cation, neutral molecule anion have found in absorption, whilst four molecule, zwitterion were detected by fluorimetry. The must be formed a double proton transfer during lifetime excited state. Fluorescence quantum yields are entirely different for various being highest cation (ϕ f 1N sulfuric acid 0.89).
