摘要: To determine the role of JAK-2/STAT-3 signaling pathway in invasion and vasculogenic mimicry laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. HEp-2 cells were treated with 1 or 10 μmol/L curcumin AG490 (the inhibitor JAK-2) for 48 h, tumor tested Transwell chamber test tube formation experiment. RT-PCR was used to measure expression MMP-2 VEGF. Western blot assay employed JAK-2, STAT3, p-STAT3, Compared control group, there less permeating membrane formed tubes after treatment, showed that VEGF at mRNA level decreased (P 0.05). Immunofluorescence staining demonstrated eNOS down-regulated < 0.01). Curcumin significantly inhibits carcinoma vitro, promotes above processes.
