摘要: Nanoparticulate delivery systems have been noticed for chemotherapeutical due to their ability in controlling the drug release and reducing side effect. These could also be used deliver two drugs or more simultaneously, inhibiting development of resistant cancerous cells. Methotrexate (MTX), one most frequently chemotherapeutic agent, Curcumin (CUR), a natural chemopreventive compound, shown promising results treatment progression cancer. The aim this study is prepare evaluate polymeric nanoparticles co-delivery MTX CUR. PLGA were prepared characterized respect particles size, morphology, encapsulation efficiencies, patterns, cell cytotoxicity, vivo efficacy. Altering CUR amounts leads particle size 142.3 ± 4.07 nm with efficiency 71.32 ± 7.8% 85.64 ± 6.3%. showed significantly higher cytotoxicity comparison free even solo-loaded formulations. synergic effect on breast Considering appropriate vitro properties acquired controlled satisfactory efficacy results, it seems that formulation candidate further studies.
