摘要: The purpose of this report was to evaluate the efficacy cardiomyotomy combined with fundoplication in treatment achalasia. Results obtained 15 patients are compared those collected 19 asymptomatic treated by classical Heller operation (12 patients), or suture phrenoesophageal ligament underside diaphragm (7 patients). preventive action on reflux esophagitis and especially effect surgery esophageal emptying particularly examined, using two rigorous isotopic tests. It is demonstrated that even have, after without antireflux maneuvers, a very high risk esophagitis. statistical comparison gastroesophageal index between normals wasp 0.1), maintained improvement emptying.
