摘要: Spinach downy mildew, caused by Peronospora farinosa f. sp. spinaciae, is the most economically important disease of spinach worldwide. During past few years, cultivars resistant to seven previously described races P. spinaciae were observed be severely affected mildew in both United States and European Union. Four new isolates collected from California The Netherlands characterized based on reactions two modified sets differentials. results led description three pathogen, designated 8, 9, 10. differential with resistance 1 7 used distinguish races. Dolphin was susceptible 8 10 but race 9; Lion Lazio as well 10; Tarpy all also evaluate 43 contemporary commercial greenhouse trials. A survey 58 Arizona between 2004 2006 revealed that predominated areas sampled.
