摘要: SUMMARY Ischemic cardiomyopathy in patients with unstable angina refractory to medical therapy is a difficult condition. Unfavorable anatomy or excessive surgical risk can advise against the performance of angioplasty coronary bypass surgery. This study has reviewed use thoracal epidural analgesia/anesthesia for management and stabilization this type patients, brief description physiopathology cardiac ischemia, experimental studies animals human beings, surgery side effects. © 2005 Sociedad Espanola del Dolor.
