摘要: Quantitative characteristics of thermodynamic and kinetic cooperativity arising in the process photomodification a single-stranded DNA fragment with binary systems oligonucleotide conjugates forming an active site on target were studied. Oligonucleotides system complementary to adjacent segments target, contained arylazide (X) perylene (S) residues covalently attached their terminal phosphates. Upon irradiation at absorption wavelength, was modified by residue, which activated owing contiguity sensitizing group tandem complex. Basing data, constants association both derivatives oligonucleotides determined: Kx = 1.13 · 106 M–1, Ks 1.49 104 M–1. It determined that proceeded positive characterized parameter α 45. The β found be approximately equal 200; this acceleration modification complex reagent versus absence sensitizer.
