摘要: Gallium selenide thin films important for electronics and phase change materials are prepared via pulsed laser deposition ; however, there no studies concerning the analysis of gallium clusters formed in gas phase. Laser desorption ionisation combined with time flight mass spectrometry has great potential to generate charged GamSen clusters, analyse them thus develop new materials.
