摘要: Magnetic properties of DNA containing mispairs, such as different conformations the G⋅A mispair, or a G⋅T mispair inserted into chain, have been theoretically investigated. The essential ingredients for these studies, charge transfer integrals, were evaluated from sequences and optimized in solvent.
