摘要: The psychopathological basis of delusions in schizophrenia is poorly understood. most enduring several early theories has suggested a causal link with formal thought disorder, whereas recent approaches have proposed relationships variety cognitive abnormalities. correlations other schizophrenic symptoms and functions including semantic memory, executive function, also probabilistic reasoning bias, were examined series (overlapping) groups 43-79 patients. Delusions found to be significantly correlated evidence for particular between bizarreness fragmentariness "loosening association". not overall intellectual function or although there was some suggestion complex interaction delusions, memory impairment.
