摘要: Mitochondria are generated by the expression of genes on both nuclear and mitochondrial genome. Mitochondrial biogenesis is highly plastic in response to cellular energy demand, developmental signals environmental stimuli. Mechanistic target rapamycin (mTOR) pathway regulates co-ordinate homeostasis with cell growth. The local translation proteins outer membrane facilitates their efficient import thereby allows prodigious during rapid growth proliferation. We postulate that may also allow cells promote selectively based fitness individual organelle. MDI-Larp complex promotes healthy mitochondria essential for selective transmission mitochondria. On other hand, PTEN-induced putative kinase 1 (PINK1)-Pakin activates protein synthesis damaged maintain organelle activity. summarize some recent progress miRNAs' regulation biogenesis.
