摘要: The mitochondrial genome contributes key proteins to the electron-transfer chain, which through oxidative phosphorylation, generates vast majority of cellular ATP. This maternally inherited is transmitted subsequent generations oocyte. Its transmission, inheritance and replication are strictly regulated so that fully mature cells can be appropriately populated with DNA once they into adult cells. However, gametes do not always acquire appropriate numbers copy; this often renders them inappropriate for successful fertilisation outcome. Furthermore, number assisted reproductive technologies overcome problems associated infertility provide enhanced genetic outcomes offspring increasing. such techniques could also have a detrimental effect on survival. If we introduce these in vitro clinics animal production, then first need validate their use carefully.
