摘要: A rapid, sensitive and reliable UHPLC-ESI-MS/MS method was developed for simultaneous determination of gastrodin parishin in rat plasma. The LLOQ the two analytes were 1.00×10(-1) 8.30×10(-5)μg/mL, respectively. intra-day inter-day precision all less than 10% relative standard deviation (RSD), whilst accuracy within ±15% error (RE). proposed successfully applied pharmacokinetics study on rats after oral administration Gastrodiae rhizoma (GR) extract powder at low, medium high dosages. Blood samples collected from suborbital vein predetermined time points precipitated using methanol. Chromatographic separations carried out a Kinetex XB-C18 column (2.1mm×150mm, 1.7μm) with gradient mobile phase acetonitrile-water 0.1% formic acid as modifier. pharmacokinetic parameters obtained bioavailability formulations calculated. results indicated that higher when low dosage GR used, whereas, values dosages used.
