摘要: Abstract An NMR-based approach for rapid differentiation of oak honeydew honey from all other types (floral and honeys) was proposed. It is based on the identification signals protons carbon methylene group quercitol in 1H 13C NMR spectra honey. The presence supported by TOCSY spectroscopy. Quercitol a deoxyinositol which regarded as good taxonomic marker genus Quercus. All samples contained quercitol, while floral honeys fir spruce it absent. In addition, described promising with respect to quantification qNMR.
