摘要: Le trouble bipolaire, pathologie psychiatrique hautement comorbide tant sur le plan que somatique, se caracterise par une alternance d’episodes thymiques a l’origine d’un dysfonctionnement global. La probabilite de survenue cephalees, dorsalgies ou d’arthralgies est doublee en population clinique [1]. L’une des principales plaintes d’origine somatique rapportee les patients maniaques nature algique [2]. Une large etude epidemiologique demontre souffrant troubles bipolaires rapportaient un handicap fonctionnel lie algiques plus important deprimes anxieux, eux-memes genes la douleur generale [3].
