摘要: Three novel cDNAs encoding putative protein phosphatase-1 inhibitory (PPP1R14A) were isolated from human, mouse and rat. The rat PPP1R14A proteins all of 147 amino acids sharing about 90% sequence identity to porcine CPI17, an inhibitor holoenzyme. 33RHARVTVK40, which is important for the potency was conserved in mammalian PPP1R14A. Northern blot analysis showed that human highly expressed as a 600 bp transcript heart, prostate, testis, ovary, colon, small intestine pancreas, lowly brain, placenta, skeletal muscle spleen lung. distribution more specific different PPP1R14A, abundant lung, moderate/abundant moderate brain low heart. In addition, we mapped chromosome 19q13.13-q13.2 by radiation hybrid mapping, determined gene spanned 5.1-kb region consisted four exons three introns.
