摘要: The model of spatial distribution major forest types in Croatia was developed as a function macroclimatic variables (mean monthly temperature, precipitation, mean global solar irradiation and potential evapotranspiration) derived from digital elevation (terrain aspect slope). Neural networks were used modelling tool. within frame raster geographic information system with resolution 300 x m, it based on vegetation map (in scale 1:500000) interpolated models. agreement between modelled mapped very good, which suggests strong correlation macroclimate main high reliability. applied for the entire Croatian territory, aiming at construction types. could be useful reaforestation planning prediction succession under assumed climatic changes.
