摘要: Many genes which are associated with root nodule development and activity in the model legume Medicago truncatula have been described. However information on precise stages of activation these their corresponding transcriptional regulators is often lacking. Whether shared other plant developmental programs also remains an open question. Here detailed microarray analyses used to study transcriptome nodules induced by either wild type or mutant strains Sinorhizobium meliloti. In this way we defined eight major patterns identified potential regulatory genes. We shown that transcription reprogramming during consecutive differentiation occurs four phases, respectively (i) early signalling events and/or bacterial infection; cell (ii) independent (iii) dependent bacteroid differentiation; (iv) nitrogen fixation. Differential expression several involved cytokinin biosynthesis was observed symbiotic zones, suggesting levels actively controlled region. Taking advantage databases recently developed for M. truncatula, a small subset gene were exclusively predominantly expressed nodules, whereas most activated under conditions, notably response abiotic biotic stresses. found evidence jasmonate pathway both thus raising questions about role development. Finally, quantitative RT-PCR analyse series regulator marker at roots allowed us distinguish repression.
