摘要: Abstract Introduction: Prognostic significance of squamous cell carcinoma antigen (SCC-Ag), tissue polypeptide (TPA), carcinoembryonic (CEA) and neopterin in cervical cancer patients was compared. Materials methods: Pretreatment concentrations were determined 138 women. Results: Median age 52 years, 85% carcinomas, 15% adeno- or adenosquamous carcinomas seen. In 36% Federation Internationale de Gynecologie et d’Obstetrique (FIGO) stage I, 24% II, 32% III 8% IV diagnosed. TPA elevated 22%, SCC 68%, CEA 42% 29%. These showed significantly worse overall survival univariate analysis ( p Conclusions: Elevation associated with survival.
