摘要: Sixty-seven patients with squamous cell carcinoma of the uterine cervix (FIGO Stages IB2, IIA, and IIB) were reviewed to evaluate pretreatment level antigen (SCC) carcinoembryonic (CEA) which may be used predict a subset poor prognosis. The rate pathologic serum SCC increased significantly in cases Stage IIB compared that IB2 IIA (50% versus 16.3%). CEA did not show any difference between these two groups (29.2% 30.2%). 48-month disease-free survival for levels one or both tumor-associated antigens (TAAs) was 40.0% 91.7% normal (log-rank test, P < 0.005) IIA. Patients who had TAAs showed higher incidence lymph node metastasis than (36.7% 10.8%). have poorest make it possible clinical response neoadjuvant chemotherapy consisting cis-platinum (DDP) 5-fluorouracil (5-FU). Our findings suggest conjunction is valuable tumor marker prognosis foresee subsequent chemotherapy.
