摘要: Abstract Kinetics of ethanol–alkali delignification fibre crop Arundo donax L. (giant reed) has been studied. The improved approach for determination the reaction rate constants by accurate quantification lignin fractions with different reactivity during standard procedure graphical differentiation was applied. Following to a simplified model, process considered as complex n-parallel irreversible first-order reactions similar final product and analysed multi-component system. Three kinetically distinguishable A. were revealed quantified in proportion approximately 61, 23 16% (as initial, bulk residual lignin, respectively) their effective degradation determined pulping conditions. from that reported wood, but close another crop—wheat straw, where initial fraction also found major (about 90%). values apparent activation energy estimated respectively 64, 89 96 kJ mol−1, generally within range those wood kraft organosolv pulping. simulation using kinetic parameters showed high reproducibility experimental data on removal, providing thereby adequate test validation suggested approach. substantially higher comparison conventional consecutive model (sum square residuals (SQR) 0.0036 versus 0.0856).
