摘要: Methyleneamine is a reduced form of the amide bond. The CH 2 NH group may be useful tool for delineating important hydrogen-bonding points and also offer general strategy production enzyme resistance andpotent competitive antagonists. This paper describes facile synthesis by application microwave energy. Moreover importance sterically hindered amino acids as well electronic effects side chain, in hydroxamate reductive alkylation steps, are evaluated. Room temperature, conventional heating irradiation reactions compared. Synthesis gave desired compound higher yields shorter reaction times than those obtained at room temperature.
