摘要: Reported here are observations of isolated orthorhombic (o) ZrO2 nanoparticles (NPs) in the Pbca space group under atmospheric conditions. These NPs composed o domains separated by internal semi-coherent boundaries. They identified to transform from lamellar-twinned tetragonal (t) NPs. The constraining effect twin boundaries impedes a direct martensitic transformation monoclinic (m) phase but favours phase. considered evolve lamellar-twinning boundaries, playing an important role stabilization structure observed should be adaptive martensite transformed t phase, different general consideration as intermediate stage.
