摘要: Using a transorbital approach we induced the temporal occlusion and reperfusion model in 18 cats. A vascular clamp was placed on main trunk of left middle cerebral artery (MCA) for 1 h. Diffusion- perfusion-weighted MR images were obtained at 1, 3, 6 24 h after clip released. The cats killed reperfusion, triphenyl tetrazolium chloride (TTC) staining performed. After relative blood volume (rCBV), time to peak enhancement (TTP) apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) maps had been acquired, ROIs drawn (1) area infarct produced, (2) high signal intensity initial diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging (DWI) but normal TTC staining, e.g., salvaged parenchyma. ratios these areas contralateral cortex calculated compared with those final Areas showed increase rCBV 3 6-h depletion 24-h imaging. persistent decrease ADC value delayed TTP observed. Salvaged parenchyma also increased until last comparing it (P<0.05, rCBV). normalized In conclusion, reliable parameter predict infarct. combination serial changes DWI (PWI) can ischemic penumbra outcome.
