摘要: In order to reveal the possible occurrence of deformation twins in coarse-grained aluminum/aluminum alloy at normal experimental conditions, a 5A02-O aluminum with coarse grains was compressed quasi-statically various plastic strains ambient temperature, followed by high-resolution transmission electron analysis. The results revealed some long streaks produced thin plate-like structure 2 atomic planes thick specimen undergoing large strain, while under relatively small striped characteristics disappeared. fast Fourier transform and theoretical analysis have shown that these are nanotwins, derived from overlapping stacking fault ribbons formed Shockley partial dislocation on adjacent slip planes, which triggered strain.
