摘要: The comparison of the characteristics infrared (IR) spectra saliva healthy volunteers was carried out based on gender and age. It is shown that statistically significant differences between male female groups are observed for absorption bands proteins lipids. At same time, absorbance assigned to nucleic acids higher males, whereas lipids in group females. established correlation relationships age weakly expressed. Thus, when forming criteria norm pathology saliva, it necessary take into account subjects, while there no strict requirements taking periodization. Nevertheless, revealed patterns valid only composition volunteers, extension results patients with various diseases, as well other biological fluids, requires additional testing.
