摘要: Abstract This paper is divided into two parts. Firstly, a review of desorption methods presented, with emphasis on the use temperature programmed (TPD) and electron stimulated (ESD) for understanding bonding adsorbed species to surfaces. Secondly, recent studies angular distribution ESD ions from layers W(011) are discussed. The O + oxygen stepped surface shown be sensitive presence atom steps.
