摘要: Objective: Few studies have evaluated long-term outcomes after orthotopic liver transplantation (OLT). This work analyzes the experience of nearly 2 decades by same team in a single center. Outcomes OLT and factors affecting survival were analyzed. Methods: Retrospective analysis 3200 consecutive OLTs that performed at our institution, between February 1984 December 31, 2001. Results: Of 2662 recipients, 578 (21.7%) 659 (24.7%) pediatric urgent patients, respectively. Overall 1-, 5-, 10-, 15-year patient graft estimates 81%, 72%, 68%, 64% 73%, 64%, 59%, 55%, Patient significantly improved second (1992-2001) versus era I (1984-1991) (P 18 years < 0.001) or patients 0.001). 13 donor recipient variables, OLT, age, status, length hospital stay, etiology disease, retransplantation, warm cold ischemia, but not type (whole, split, living-donor), impacted survival. Conclusions: Long-term benefits are greatest nonurgent patients. Multiple involving recipient, characteristics, operative surgical influence outcomes. By balancing matching these with given optimum results can be achieved.
