摘要: Abstract Safety signal learning in human subjects was investigated using a conditioned inhibition procedure with shock unconditioned stimulus (US). The (CS) duration, and thus the CS-US interval, varied randomly from 20 to 50 s. Conditioning assessed by change tonic skin conductance level (SCL). Experiment 1 demonstrated reliable of (A + /AB −) discrimination, terms both self-reported expectancy SCL, who were able report correctly contingency. There was, however, no evidence transfer inhibitory properties safety B separately trained excitor. 2 compared two groups which either fear-relevant (picture snake or spider) fear-irrelevant (flower mushroom). As previous research, there effect fear-relevance on safety-signal learning. results are discussed preparedness theory excitatory conditioning stimuli.
