摘要: Suggestive, but largely unproven, observations have associated arthritis with environmental antigens, including foods. We studied a patient inflammatory in prospective, "blinded," controlled fashion to determine whether her symptoms were food sensitivities. This 52-year-old white woman 11 years of class I, stage active disease, had symptomatic exacerbations allegedly meat, milk, and beans. observed an increase following unblinded challenge then our clinical research unit.
