摘要: The invention provides a preparation method of an astaxanthin monoester reference material in Antarctic krill. includes the steps: freeze-drying frozen krill, and grinding freeze-dried krill to obtain powder raw materials containing natural astaxanthin; extracting by aid cold acetone, removing water-soluble lipids solvents grading manner after pressure reduction concentration; separating, purifying collecting silica gelcolumn chromatography, concentrating monoester. prepared is good uniformity stability, can be provided for detection used evaluation, development research corresponding function products.
