摘要: Abstract A thermoresistive transdermal drug delivery patch based on a n-alkane wax phase change film is described. composite structure comprising screen printed silver chloride heater sandwiched with loaded diclofenac was developed and the release characteristics upon heating were investigated. The shown to be immobile within solid (off state) but readily delivered beyond transition temperature (37 °C). Drug maintained while active terminates cooling. system has been capable of repetitive on-off cycling control effected through Bluetooth connection smart phone app dynamic feedback control/thermoregulation patch.
