摘要: This study was carried out to investigate the effects of selenium (Se) on uptake and translocation cadmium (Cd) essential elements in paddy rice (Oryza sativa L., Shuangyou 998). Selenium could alleviate/aggravate Cd toxicity rice, which depended dosages Se and/or Cd. When treatment level as low 35.6 μM, ≤12.7 μM inhibit increase biomass rice; however, with levels reaching 89–178 μM, addition resulted increases exacerbated growth rice. always inhibited Se. alone suppressed Ca, Mg, Mn, Cu, Zn; reversed decreases concentrations said elements, suggesting an element regulation mechanism relieve toxicity. Without solution, doses increased biomasses shoots roots at expense more or less K, Fe, shoot Zn, indicating antagonistic effect these cations. The presence also reverse especially highest for both Cd, responsible detoxification high Consequently, when is used alleviate toxicity, attention must be paid pollution extent supplement.
