摘要: The purpose of this investigation was to compare the susceptibility cells Enterococcus faecalis during exponential growth, stationary phase and starvation three endodontic medicaments. E. strains VP3-80 A197A in different growth phases were exposed saturated calcium hydroxide solution, 0.05% chlorhexidine digluconate 0.0001% sodium hypochlorite. Cells most sensitive all medicaments killed between 3 s 10 min. more resistant living could be recovered at However, not totally eliminated by 10-min test period. Number surviving tested increased 1000- 10,000-folds aging cultures.
