摘要: BACKGROUND: There is a lack of information on the use oral immunosuppressive drugs in atopic dermatitis (AD) daily practice. OBJECTIVE: A 10-years overview patients with severe AD. METHODS: Medical charts AD, who received at Academic Center Amsterdam and University Utrecht between January 2001 2011, were analysed. Particular attention was paid to patient characteristics, prior treatment, prescribed drugs, order use, doses treatment durations reasons for discontinuation treatment. RESULTS: Of 334 [53% male, mean age start an drug 36.9 years (SD 13.6)] AD which 102 (31%) participated clinical trials. Cyclosporine (CyA) given 80% patients, mycophenolate mofetil or enteric-coated (MMF/EC-MPS) 31%, azathioprine (AZA) 14%, methotrexate (MTX) 11%, systemic glucocorticosteroids 7% tacrolimus 5%. In these academic centra, CyA first choice 252 patients. Reasons controlled disease, ineffectiveness adverse events. CONCLUSION: Various types have been used over past 10 prominent CyA. Adverse events frequent discontinuation. prospective database using treatments practice will give more insight effectiveness safety may help formulate future recommendations.
