摘要: Abstract In this study, the kinetic characteristics of bio-hydration acrylonitrile by free cell catalysts were studied. Due to aggregation phenomenon, showed different characteristic when compared with enzyme catalysts. The Michaelis constants obtained through homogeneous reaction. Both values Vm and Km increased increase in enzymatic activity, ranging from 100 500 U/mL, variation trend was not consistent rule enzyme-catalyzed To reduce external diffusion resistance cells, a membrane dispersion micro-reactor used, conversion rates under all experimental conditions reached approximately 90% max rates. reinforcement apparent reaction rate may have benefitted significant specific surface area droplets adsorption on undissolved droplets.
