摘要: The past decade has witnessed an exciting evolution in our understanding of eukaryotic DNA replication at the molecular level. Progress been particularly rapid within last few years due to convergence research on a variety cell types, from yeast human, encompassing disciplines ranging clinical immunology biology viruses. New replicases and accessory proteins have purified characterized, some cloned sequenced. In vitro systems for viral developed, allowing identification purification several mammalian proteins. this review we focus polymerases alpha delta polymerase proteins, their physical functional properties, as well roles replication.
