摘要: We reviewed all new patients referred for treatment to the Sarcoma Unit at Royal Marsden Hospital with a clinical diagnosis of soft tissue sarcoma (STS) during course 1 year (1989–1990). Of 118 patients, 65 (55.1%) had primary STS, 26 (22.0%) recurrent 19 (16.1%) benign tumours and eight (6.8%) malignant other than STS involving tissues presenting clinically as tumours. All underwent CT scanning which was used assist diagnosis, assess operability or radiotherapy planning. The findings lesions, suspicious sarcoma, are discussed. role in identification management these cases is emphasized.
