摘要: The effect of topically applied 0.12% isopropyl unoprostone (unoprostone, Rescula) on the circulation optic nerve head (ONH) and choroid-retina was studied using a laser speckle tissue analyser in 9 normal human eyes. Normalized blur (NB), quantitative index blood flow velocity, measured every 0.125 sec averaged over 5 pulses temporal site ONH free surface vessels middle between macula. Intraocular pressure (IOP), (BP), pulse rate (PR) were also measured. On first day, NB, IOP, BP, PR before 90 minutes for 6 hours after 30 microliters instillation placebo both eyes (control eyes). values used as controls. other day one week later, performed randomly chosen eye (treated untreated eye). above parameters double masked manner. In control experiment, no significant change occurred any parameter. After topical application unoprostone, NB showed change. significantly increased at 3 (8%) 4.5 (11%) treated compared with IOP decreased 1.5 BP These results suggest that can increase choroidretna
