摘要: The purpose of the present study was to effect topical unoprostone on circulation human optic nerve head (ONH) and retina in normal subjects. Using laser-speckle tissue blood flow analysis, normalized blur (NB), a quantitative index velocity, measured every 0.125 sec at temporal ONH site, free visible surface vessels. Measurements were averaged for 3 cardiac cycles (NBONH). Color Doppler imaging (CDI) also used evaluate peak systolic velocity (PSV), enddiastolic (EDV), resistive (RI) central retinal artery (CRA) mean (MV) vein (CRV). For baseline comparison (Day 0), recordings bilateral NBONH intraocular pressure (IOP), (BP), pulse rate (PR) recorded healthy volunteers before, 45, 90, 180, 270 min after instillation one drop vehicle.
