摘要: PURPOSE. To study the effect of topical 0.5% timolol and 2% carteolol on tissue blood flow in human optic nerve head (ONH). METHODS. Using a laser speckle analyzer, normalized blur (NB), quantitative index velocity, was measured every 0.125 s temporal site ONH free visible surface vessels averaged over 3 cardiac pulses (NB ONH) . serve as baseline, NB intraocular pressure (IOP) both eyes, (BP) pulse rate (PR) were recorded healthy volunteers before, 1.5, 4.5 hrs after 30L instillation vehicle or carteolol.
