摘要: In vitro proliferation and rooting capacity of ‘San Castrese’ ‘Portici’ apricots (Prunus armeniaca L.) were tested on modified MS medium enriched with varying growth regulator concentrations sucrose (58.4 mM) or sorbitol (116.8 as main carbon energy sources. The interaction media was also studied. Proliferation both cultivars proportional to benzyladenine (BA) concentration enhanced media. However, 8.8 μM BA often associated hyperhydricity, particularly when shoots grown Newly proliferated elongated better positive influence shoot not due osmotic effects. Moreover, showed a carryover effect in hastening ‘Portici’. By contrast, transferred media, the generally low rooting, short, thick roots. Up 70% plantlets that produced roots indolebutyric acid successfully acclimatized they dipped benomyl (0.075% w/v) suspension before being transplanted care taken prevent over-wetting soil.
