摘要: Objective: To evaluate cornual patency and integrity following laparoscopic cornuotomy. Study Design: This is a prospective cohort study on seven women who underwent cornuotomy for interstitial pregnancy. The were evaluated using hysterosalpingography (HSG) magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). On MRI, the entire wall thickness measured bilaterally at 5-mm intervals. of affected unaffected cornua matched corresponding contralateral point in each women. Statistically, all possible pairwise 28 comparisons compared paired t-tests. Results: Among six eligible women, four had excellent side. (i.e., pairs), no significant difference was observed to cornu remarkable defects seen endometrial contour. But there statistical significance. Conclusion: Laparoscopic seems have advantage preserve
