摘要: The toughness behavior of 30 wt % glass fiber reinforced PA6/PA66 blends colored with different masterbatches containing carbon black (CB) was characterized by the instrumented Charpy impact test. Two CB types particle diameters as well two polymers, PE and PA6, were used to prepare masterbatches. concentration varied from 0 1.2 in compounds all materials examined dry after water absorption. significantly decreased when incorporated. Moisture conditioning led increased ductility but did not compensate for negative influence CB. Using a masterbatch polymer succeeded limiting on whereas largest diameter highest reduction toughness. By taking into account crack resistance curves, it could be shown that there is significant change propagation larger exceeds certain level; this ascribed existence complex structures at concentration. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
