摘要: Human malignant melanoma cell lines have been divided into three broad groups on the basis of morphology, pigmentation, tyrosinase levels, 2-dimensional electrophoretic patterns their [3H]glucosamine-labeled glycoproteins and presence or absence an extracellular matrix fibronectin. The most pigmented were characterized by synthesis a novel glycoprotein with molecular weight 75,000 fibronectin matrix. As cultured skin melanocytes also had these characteristics, this group melanomas appears to be differentiated. Melanoma in amelanotic high levels HLA-DR antigen production
