摘要: We employed the polyclonal anti-p53 antibody NCL-CM1 to cultured cells and pathological tissues in order investigate expression of p53 oncoprotein human malignant melanomas. The results showed that antigenic determinant was sensitive formalin fixation, resulting a lower reactivity than with fixation by alcohol. In tissues, increased progression tumour. Among 79 melanomas 37 (47%) distinct nuclear labelling highest proportion reactive observed metastatic (mean 4.8%). An immunocytochemical study also revealed presence mutant-type melanoma cell lines, which recognized monoclonal P240, we confirmed molecular weight antigens both antibodies 53 kDa Western blot analysis. Therefore, although point mutations is yet be our data suggest antigen detected mutanttype or complex mutant wild-type oncoproteins. This may useful retrospective studies tumours melanocytic origin.
