摘要: We employed the polyclonal anti-p53 antibody NCL-CM1 to cultured cells and pathological tissues in order investigate expression of p53 oncoprotein human malignant melanomas. The results showed that antigenic determinant was sensitive formalin fixation, resulting a lower reactivity than with fixation by alcohol. In tissues, increased progression tumour. Among 79 melanomas 37 (47%) distinct nuclear labelling highest proportion reactive observed metastatic (mean 4.8%).
