摘要: ABSTRACT Ageing is accompanied by significant modifications of the cardiovascular system both, structural and functional. Various components ANS may be differentially selectively affected. Considering control heart there a decrease cardiovagal modulation with increasing age indicated cardiovagally mediated indices rate variability (HRV) during rest also various provocative maneuvers. Sympathetic outflow to elevated, however, it not well transformed into correspondingly enhanced end-organ response because α-and β-adrenergic receptor potency. Orthostatic dysregulation common in elderly due several reasons; one major point that barore-flexes are impaired age.
