摘要: To explore whether hypoxia and interleukin 8 (IL-8) regulate the viability apoptosis of cervical carcinomas cells possible mechanism. We evaluated expression inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α), IL-8 its receptors (CXCR1 CXCR2) in cancer cervicitis tissues by immunohistochemistry. Then effects on HeLa SiHa were detected SRB assays. Here we observed that HIF-1α, CXCR1 was significantly higher than tissues. Hypoxic condition stimulated secretion CXCR2 cells. Recombinant human enhanced reduced cultured 1% oxygen showed increased apoptosis, former effect could be partly reversed anti-human neutralizing antibody. This data suggested secreted induced can stimulate an autocrine dependent manner, contribute to pathogenesis cancer.
